理事長的話
… 多年來，在推動都市更新的過程中，我們觀察到最大的挑戰就是「整合問題」。從產權的協調、都市計畫的規劃、建築設計到權益分配，每一個環節都牽涉眾多利害關係人，必須凝聚共識，才能形成具體的方案。除此之外，土地規劃、建築設計、開發成本與權益分配等議題，也都需要高度的專業知識與技術支持，這些挑戰正是都市更新進展緩慢的主要原因。
… 然而，國內都更的相關專業，長期處於各自擅專狀態，參考國際經驗，我們深信要突破都更困境，唯有將地政、都市計畫、建築設計等專業領域加以整合，才能建立一個具有公信的平台。因此，我們成立本學會，期望打造一個客親，公正、專業的整合平台，協助政府與社會推動都市更新之進行。
本學會之成立，以學術界為核心，集合各大學相關學系的專家學者，共同投入都市更新、危險與老舊建築物重建及大廈整合重建的研究與實務。透過舉辦學術研討、推動專業訓練、分享國際經驗以及提供專業諮詢。我們希望凝聚跨領域智慧，提升診整合的公正性、效率與透明度，進而促進都市再發展、復甦都市機能、增進公共利益，並邁向永續發展。

Do you accept reservations?
